While we continue our discussions with statutory stakeholders as to the validity and benefit of demonstrating what will not negotiate a route, we will organise and manage on behalf of clients, liaise with appropriate haulage contractors, Highways England and the relevant local authority to ensure that the “dry run” is carried out without inconvenience to the local community.
